Prime OS Installation
Complete Install Guide — Android OS on 1GB RAM PC | Prime OS Classic 0.4.5 ISO
Prime OS is an Android-based PC operating system developed on top of the Android Open Source Project (AOSP). It is designed specifically to run on x86 PCs and laptops, giving budget users a way to run Android games and apps natively on their hardware — without the overhead of an emulator. Unlike running Android inside an emulator on top of Windows, Prime OS boots directly from your storage drive, meaning 100% of your CPU and RAM goes to Android, not split between two operating systems.
The Classic version (0.4.5) is the most compatible edition, built for older hardware. It runs on systems with as little as 1GB RAM, Intel Atom, Celeron, or AMD E-series processors, and works with both integrated Intel HD Graphics and basic AMD GPUs. Compared to Prime OS Prime or Prime OS Mainline, the Classic build is lighter and more stable on legacy hardware — making it the recommended choice for budget PC and low-end laptop users in Pakistan and South Asia.
The biggest reason people install Prime OS is for PUBG Mobile. When you run PUBG Mobile inside an emulator on a 1GB RAM PC, the game barely loads. But on Prime OS, the same hardware can run PUBG Mobile at Smooth + Extreme 40fps because the resources are not being shared. The experience is completely different. Combined with built-in keymapping and mouse support, Prime OS is the closest thing to a console-quality gaming experience on a low-end PC — for free.
